iLead Student Referral Bonus Policy

This document outlines iLead Tax Academy’s official student referral bonus policy.
The policy’s purpose is to maintain transparency, protect the interests of our
enrollment advisors, and ensure fair practice in our referral-based admissions.

Who Can Refer?

Only currently enrolled students or alumni of iLead Tax Academy are eligible to
refer new students.

Referral Intimation Process:

To be eligible for a referral bonus:

  • The referrer must send an official referral intimation
  • via Email/WhatsApp to the Enrollment Advisor or Any Other Staff at iLead
  • before the prospective student makes the payment.

The message must include:

  • Full name of the prospective student
  • Mobile number or email of the referred person
  • Referrer’s own name and Enrollment ID (if any)

Validation of Referral:

  • The referral will be considered valid only if the referred student confirms in writing (via enrollment form or email) that they were referred by the claiming student.
  • Referrals claimed after the student is already enrolled will not be entertained.

Referral Bonus Amount:

  • ₹2,000 per successful enrollment or 10% of fees paid excluding GST, whichever is higher.
  • Payout will be made only after 15 days of enrollment.

No Verbal Claims Accepted:

  • Verbal or retrospective referral claims will not be considered.
  • iLead reserves the right to approve or deny referrals based on verification.

Conflict Resolution Clause:

In case of any dispute, the iLead Management Decision will be final and
binding.

Internal SOP for Enrollment Advisors:

Enrollment Advisors are not authorized to confirm or pay referral bonuses unless

  • the referral claim is made in writing and
  • pre-verified through official channels.
